How quickly will I receive my photos?
Processing typically takes 24-48 hours, based on package type and current workload.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
24 hours: Free rescheduling
No-show: 50% fee
Do you charge extra for additional services like twilight or drone photography?
Yes, these are priced as add-ons. I can provide a detailed quote upfront.
When is payment due?
Payment is typically due on or shortly after delivery, payable by e-transfer or credit card.
What payment methods do you accept?
I accept e-transfer, cash, credit cards, and PayPal. E-transfer is preferred. Please note that a small processing fee applies to credit card and PayPal payments.
Can you accommodate last-minute bookings?
I try to accommodate urgent requests, but advance booking is recommended for best availability.
Will you provide digital files or printed materials?
Primarily digital files in print and web-ready formats.
How do you access the property?
You can meet on-site or provide lockbox/entry instructions.
How to prepare the property?
Fully cleaned, decluttered, lights on, blinds/curtains open, and cars removed from the driveway if possible.
Is your price higher than some competitors?
I focus on quality, not the lowest price. You get careful, MLS-ready photos, licensed drone work, and attention to detail that helps listings stand out.
